We offer units from $600 to $825. It will depend on availability.


Deposits and monthly rent payments are made by cash currently. We are looking into online options.

Potential renters must have the full security deposit and first months rent upon signing a lease agreement.


There is an initial fee of $25.00 plus additional late charges of $5.00 per day until rent and late fees are paid in full.


There is a $100 deposit for each pet with a two pet limit. This fee is non-refundable.


Reach out to our Property Manager, Katarina Johnson, and she can assist you in this process.


This is at the discretion of the landlord. During your application process, there are questions that pertain to income and credit requirements.


Our typical lease is 12 months. If you are needing something specific, please reach out to our Property Manager.


There is a $30 application fee.


The appliances included in our rentals are refrigerators, washers, dryers, and stoves.


All maintenance requests will be filed through our Property Manager. If there is an emergency, please notify the Property Manager immediately.


If a repair is considered normal wear and tear, the repairs are taken care of by Garza Management. However, if there are repairs/maintenance needing to be taken care out of negligence from the tenant, the tenant may be responsible for the cost.


You are required by Texas state law to give one month (30 days) notice to the Property Manager that you intend to move out.


If the landlord terminates or cancels your lease, you will be notified at least one month (30 days) in advance.
